Giants Welcome Damon “Snacks” Harrison to the Good Side of NY.

1 hour before free agency begins, sources say the Giants have agreed in principle to a deal with former Jets DT Damon Harrison. Harrison was one of, if not the leagues best defensive tackle in 2015. Harrison was certainly a factor of the Giants loss against the Jets in 2015.Harrison will fit into the Giants 4-3 scheme perfectly, lining up on the interior next to the youngster, Jonathan Hankins.

The deal is worth $46.25M over the course of 5 years. Jerry Reese is definitely making a splash in free agency. The Giants are being linked to free agent Olivier Vernon. Sources say it is between the Jaguars and Giants to grab the star defensive end. Well have to wait and see how much Reese is willing to spend on Vernon.
