Anxious that the game isn’t going to turn out in favor of the Giants, then it happens! I see the team that I love leaving the tunnel. I can see the players dressed in the same blue and white jerseys that I wear and at that moment all I feel is pride!

All of the anxiousness that I once possessed is gone in that moment. The mere sight of this team and the amount of passion that I feel for them, in that instant everything else is obsolete. I know that with every completed pass and every run that converts to a 1st down it takes the Giants one step closer to that end zone. And when they make it down that long field into that end zone and I see the ref signal that there is a touch down the elation that I feel consumes me!

Every play that is called and is executed perfectly from beginning to end shows me the amount of skill and talent that this team truly does posses. I know that every play won’t be successful, but it’s the fight and will that the Giants have to always improve that makes me love and respect them so much. Even when they have played a terrible game where hardly anything has went their way they always strive to improve, and us as fans have to always stand behind our boys in blue and white and support them in every way that we know how.

It’s the fans that drive the Giants to constantly want to fight harder and do better. They know the undying love that their fans have for them, and they never want to disappoint us or ever let us down. We all stand together as one unit fighting towards the same goal, to be Super Bowl Champs once again!

As the offseason ends and the start of a new season begins, we are all very excited and anxious to see what kind of season that Big Blue will have. After a few seasons of disappointment for this team and their fans, we all hang on to the hope that this upcoming season will be an outstanding one for the G-Men. Last season was squandered with many low scoring games and a team that was just racked with injuries. Even being down so many players, by the end of the season we all still saw the Giants fighting and improving. This is a team that will never give up. It’s for our love of the Giants why this team will keep on striving for greatness and will one day be champs once again!

“For the Love of the Giants” was written by Guest blogger Mandy Moses Please leave feedback in the comment field below, I would love to know what you think.

The post For the Love of the Giants first appeared on Bleedbigblue.com.

 <post-id xmlns="com-wordpress:feed-additions:1">4035</post-id>

NY Giants Last Game For 2014

Guest Blogger

Guest Writers

New York Giants News

Off Season

JPP

Odell Beckham Jr

Victor Cruz

NY Giants Last Game For 2014 This past week was pretty exciting…

The post NY Giants Last Game For 2014 first appeared on Bleedbigblue.com.

NY Giants Last Game For 2014

This past week was pretty exciting for our New York Giants as it provided the most action I’ve seen this season. Despite the brawl with the Rams which resulted in a few of our players being ejected! (in my opinion they shouldn’t have). Odell Beckham Jr. “O” took that raw energy out on the field by scoring 2 TDs fueling a NYG win.

Eli Manning continued to throw the football well building a great connection with “O” and Rueben Randle. Andre Williams also contributed by running over multiple Rams players gaining precious yards.

Rehab continues for Victor Cruz as he took the podium standing strong looking healthy. He addressed the media regarding his 2015 return and looking forward to playing along side Beckham. Both Cruz and Odell appeared on the Rachel Ray Show this week. Cruz zipped the football to Odell who caught it with one hand (of course).

The announcement of JPP and “O” named as alternates to the NFL 2014 Pro Bowl was music to my ears topped off with Beckham being named Pepsi Rookie Of The Week! It was reported that Coach Coughlin had a discussion with “O” about toning down his endzone celebration dances. In my opinion if Odell scores a TD he should continue to be himself and do that “whip” dance I luv it! it’s just horrible that some NFL players “hate” on our Giants especially rookie “O” by taking late hits and trash talking. I’m noticing more NFL players of other teams using “O” endzone dances smh copycatslol but, his popularity continue to increase around the world and NFL “O” continue to give his all on the field and be humble.

As 2015 approaches our Giants season sadly will come to an end against the Philadelphia Eagles. Sadly it looks like we’ll finish in 3rd place In the NFC East (again). It this beats being in the “basement”. Plenty of decisions are to be made this off season. Standout Giants players JPP and Antrel Rolle will hit free agency . Rumor mill I has JPP asking to be the highest paid DE in the NFL!

I’ve already started planning and packing for the 2015 NFL draft that will be held in Chicago, IL. The Giants are in a position to acquire a top 10 draft pick. I hope we get an offensive lineman. There’s also gonna be a few awesome players in the free agency our Giants can choose from as well (fingers crossed). Hopefully, the Giants can continue to play hard good football for a great finish as we all look forward to a healthier stronger better 2015 NYG season. I’ll be gearing up in blue looking forward to a NEW NFL season, NEW year and seeing the NEW York Giants! I bleed blue!

We are gearing up for the off season, and looking for some new blood to contribute to this site. “NY Giants Last Game For 2014” was written by Guest blogger G-Diva Joce Brown. Please leave feedback in the comment field below, I would love to know what you think.

To Submit your own articles use this contact page.

The post NY Giants Last Game For 2014 first appeared on Bleedbigblue.com.

 <post-id xmlns="com-wordpress:feed-additions:1">3631</post-id>

Giants Pride

Guest Blogger

Giants Pride

Guest Writers

New York Giants News

New York Giants

Giants Pride A pride is a group of lions who are willing…

The post Giants Pride first appeared on Bleedbigblue.com.

Giants Pride

A pride is a group of lions who are willing to defend their territory from any intruders. These magestic and loyal animals will protect the other members of their group at any cost. Every member of the pride is equally important and they all work together as one unit. Lions in the wild have adapted these traits as a means of survival. Lions are also one of the most powerful and intellegent animals on the planet. Working as a “team” is imparititve to the prides survival. Like the lions, professional football players have also conformed many of the same traits as these mighty animals, but the New York Giants have adapted the word pride as part of their motto.

Giants pride is a phrase that many football fans have most likely heard, however only Giants fans truly know what the phrase means. This team has made this phrase part of who they are and what their team stands for. Not any one individual on that team is anymore important then any other member. Each of those men will protect the others to the best of their abilities. Also, the pride means to have feelings of self-respect and personal worth. In the case of the New York Giants every person on that team must have “pride” in themselves and their individual skills that they bring to the team, but at the same time they need to be part of the “pride” and work together as one unit.
As the Giants prepare to take the field every week not one practice will end nor will one game begin until every person on that team has tapped the sign on the wall to their right that reads Giants Pride. This simple action symbolizes that every member of that team is willing and ready to protect any other member to the best of their abilities, and every person is completely prepared to give it everything that they have. They win as a team and they lose as a team. They have and always will stand as a united front.

This is why I am such a dedicated Giants fan. When I hear the phrase Giants pride I know what it stands for. When I see the members of the team that I love tap that sign it brings tears to my eyes. The act itself is just so inspiring. At that point, win the game or lose the game, it doesn’t really matter. Of course you always want to see them be victorious, but it is the teamwork and respect that they have for each other that makes the New York Giants such an inspiration to watch. Giants Pride each and everyday!

Giants Pride was written by Guest blogger Mandy Moses Please leave feedback in the comment field below, I would love to know what you think.

The post Giants Pride first appeared on Bleedbigblue.com.

 <post-id xmlns="com-wordpress:feed-additions:1">3589</post-id>

Play Corey Washington

Guest Blogger

Guest Writers

In Reese We Trust

Corey Washington

Victor Cruz

Play Corey Washington Ok Giants fans, if you’re like me your upset…

The post Play Corey Washington first appeared on Bleedbigblue.com.

Play Corey Washington

Ok Giants fans, if you’re like me your upset that we are going to spend another post season watching other teams compete for the Lombardi Trophy. Let’s try to stay positive and focus on some of the things the Giants have going for them heading into next season. I think the wide receiver position is by far our biggest strength heading into next season. I believe Victor Cruz will make a comeback from the horrible Patellar Tendon rupture he suffered this season. Then there is Odell Beckham Jr. who didn’t play any in the preseason, missed the first part of the regular season and has already put his name in the conversation of the league’s best wide receivers. There is another wide receiver that has me particularly excited for the Giants future.

Corey Washington was by far the Giants best receiver in the preseason, with an outside shot at even making the roster he caught 10 passes for 155 yards and 4 touchdowns. Plus he is a big guy, at 6’4 and 214 lb. he could give Eli the reliable red zone target which was a primary weakness for the Giants for much of 2014. Washington spent his college days at Georgia Military Academy and Newberry College, both of which are not regulars on college game day. He quietly caught 146 passes for 2,396 yards and 34 TD’s in college. He also caught a TD pass in the only regular season game where he had significant playing time, November 3rd against the Colts where he had 4 rec for 48 yards.

I realize that I’m basing most of my excitement for C. Washington’s potential on the preseason, which raises the question, if he’s that good why isn’t he getting more playing time? The Giants have lost their #1 WR for the season, in Victor Cruz. Then they lost Jerel Jernigan their starting slot WR for the year, and still C. Washington had very little playing time. Surely if I can see his potential then the guys who get paid to asses’ talent in NY know what they have in C. Washington, right?

Wel, there are two games left in the season. We know what Reuben Randle can do, and Preston Parker has had more opportunity than C. Washington. Although he has made some great special teams plays, I don’t really see how that’s justified. The last time I was this excited about a WR’s ability was when I watched Victor Cruz put up 200 yards in a preseason game. The Giants don’t have anything to lose now, they are out of the play-offs. It’s time to see what the future holds and play Corey Washington!

Play Corey Washington was written by Guest blogger Shane Momier. Please leave feedback in the comment field below, I would love to know what you think.

The post Play Corey Washington first appeared on Bleedbigblue.com.

 <post-id xmlns="com-wordpress:feed-additions:1">3566</post-id>

Giants vs Redskins Highlights

Guest Blogger

Guest Writers

New York Giants Game Recap

New York Giants News

Eli Manning

Odell Beckham Jr

Giants vs Redskins Highlights As NY Giants fans, I think we can…

The post Giants vs Redskins Highlights first appeared on Bleedbigblue.com.

Giants vs Redskins Highlights

As NY Giants fans, I think we can all come to conclusion that our season is over, even if we have two more games to play. There was never a dull moment with NY Giants played against Redskins, from McCoy being injured early on, and the Redskins having to put their least favorite teammate and quarterback, Robert Griffith III, to a controversial call in the end zone. The Giants offensive line seemed to be cohesive unit, allowing Eli to throw the ball and make plays. It certainly helps that incredibly talented rookie, Odell Beckham, was there to assist.

In the first quarter, Giants were having a bit of a rough time not being able to convert on third downs. The Redskins seemed to be able to stop the run which made Eli throw to Odell Beckham for a touchdown. This put the Giants ahead 6-3.The lead didn’t last long as RGIII came in after McCoy was injured, threw a touchdown pass to Chris Thompson. As the two minute cap approaced for halftime, RGIII ran in for 8 yard touchdown but was later reversed when it was reviewed. The referees called it a fumble in the end zone ( the referee claimed he did not have possession of the ball as dove over the pylon). This caused a red hot Santana Moss to exchange a few choice words with the refs and ended up ejected out of the game. The Redskins left the first half without a lead over the Giants.
The Giants rallied back and dominated second half. It started off with Giants recovering on side kick which lead to 32 year field goal kick from Josh Brown. Moments later, Eli and Odell started to work their magic and threw two more touchdowns. Odell Beckham ran for 143 yards and Eli threw for 259 yards, no interceptions. When the offensive line allows Eli the time to make the important plays; he will make the important plays , as evident with this three touchdowns passes to Beckham.

I could not talk about this win without mentioning the Giants defense who once again, seemed to have revived themselves, thankfully enough. The first half was not a spectacular showing for the defensive line. They allowed Washington’s running backs to have 4 receptions for 71 yards. They were having problems stopping the run and covering people in backfield. It looked scary to say the least. The second quarter was a completely different game as Jason Pierre Paul and the Giants defense ignited, and sacked RGIII seven times. Other notables on the defense were: Jonathan Hankins, Devon Kennard, Demontre Moore, and Cullen Jenkins each having sacks. The Giant’s defense always had talent, but struggled this season as well. It was just refreshing to see them put some fire on RGIII ,and the Redskins , offensive like we all knew they could. It was very nice to say that i was with down with JPP again.

This second win in a row for The Giants was exciting to watch, although we long lost for a playoff spot. We can always look to next season and seeing , hopefully, a healthy Victor Cruz along with Odell Beckham becoming a unstoppable weaons for Eli, and a pretty dangerous combination. Most importantly, a well put together offensive line. If there was one thing, in my opinion, that impeded The Giants success was the offensive line. Finally, the Defense coming back to it’s old glory days of being a defense that will always put pressure on the Quarterback , and make it nearly impossible for offense lines to stay on the field. I would love to keep seeing Jason Pierre Paul bring fear the quarterbacks .A defense that was able to stop a team in the red zone ( like they did in 2011 on their way the Superbowl). I wish to see this team become a Superbowl worthy once again

Giants vs Redskins Highlights was written by Guest blogger Angela Whiting Please leave feedback in the comment field below, I would love to know what you think.

The post Giants vs Redskins Highlights first appeared on Bleedbigblue.com.

 <post-id xmlns="com-wordpress:feed-additions:1">3571</post-id>

Manning And Friends A Promising Future On Offense

Guest Blogger

Guest Writers

New York Giants News

Ben McAdoo

Eli Manning

Odell Beckham Jr

Manning And Friends A Promising Future On Offense If there is one…

The post Manning And Friends A Promising Future On Offense first appeared on Bleedbigblue.com.

Manning And Friends A Promising Future On Offense

If there is one thing you can always count on when it comes to Giants Football, it’s that every season is going to be a roller coaster ride. One minute you’re as confident as ever, and the next you’re scratching your head. With 2014 almost in the books, this underachieving Giants team has a lot to look forward to in the coming years. The current 4-9 record seems to overshadow some key bright spots that were major question marks in the beginning of the season.

Starting with the offense, the biggest question on everyone’s mind was how Eli Manning and the offense would respond to Ben McAdoo’s West-Coast scheme. Manning’s transition has been somewhat slow, but week after week it’s clear that this is the offense he is meant to run. With a completion percentage slightly over 63%, Manning is on pace to eclipse the 4,000 yard mark for the fourth time in his career. With 26 touchdowns and two games remaining, it’s quite possible he could reach the 30 touchdown mark for only the second time ever. In addition, his current quarterback rating of 90.0 would be the third-best of his career and best since 2011. Factor in a below average running game along with losing his best receiver in Victor Cruz, Manning seems very comfortable in this new scheme and it’s possible his best years may still be ahead of him.

O’Dell Beckham Jr. Enough said. The first-round pick out of LSU has been nothing short of spectacular since joining the team in week 5. In the last seven weeks alone, Beckham’s 61 catches and 866 yards are both tops in the NFL. His recent 12-catch outing for 143 yards and 3 (could have been 4) touchdowns against Washington just about sums up his all but dominant rookie season. Throw in an absolutely historical catch week 12 against Dallas and you have the perfect recipe for a sure-fire All-Pro in the near future. Beckham and Manning are clearly on the same page, and being able to switch into the slot when needed only adds to his firepower. It’s going to be very exciting to see the damage he can do when Victor Cruz is fully healthy.

While the rest of the offense is nothing to get extremely excited over, there have been some bright spots from unlikely players. Weston Richburg, a versatile offensive lineman in his rookie year out of Colorado State, has shown a lot of promise as far as moving around the line and getting the job done. Andre Williams is another rookie thrown into the fire and is holding his own. The 4th round pick out of Boston College was a very highly touted running back at the college level, and was even a heisman finalist in 2013. Initially rotating in with Rashad Jennings, Williams took over the job when Jennings went down and has done a fine job. On pace to finish with about 700 yards and 7 touchdowns, I think anyone would be happy with that out of a rookie.

All in all, the defensive woes and an inconsistent offense have really put a damper on this 2014 season. With that said, when this Giants offense clicks, you see a small glimpse of what can possibly become one of the leagues most dangerous offenses as long as they stay healthy and avoid mistakes. Jerry Reese is an excellent General Manager, and the Giants faithful should have all the confidence in the world he will do everything he can to make this team a contender once again.

Manning And Friends A Promising Future On Offense was written by Guest blogger Brian Lazor. Please leave feedback in the comment field below, I would love to know what you think.

The post Manning And Friends A Promising Future On Offense first appeared on Bleedbigblue.com.

 <post-id xmlns="com-wordpress:feed-additions:1">3558</post-id>

Victor Cruz and Odell Beckham Jr.

Guest Blogger

Guest Writers

New York Giants News

Odell Beckham Jr

Victor Cruz

Victor Cruz and Odell Beckham Jr. The NYG 2014 season kicked off…

The post Victor Cruz and Odell Beckham Jr. first appeared on Bleedbigblue.com.

Victor Cruz and Odell Beckham Jr.

The NYG 2014 season kicked off w/a Big Bang! A top 1st round NFL draft pick Odell Beckham and GM Jerry Reese finally pulling the wallet out of his sock taking the rubber band off to spend money in the free agency. Acquiring top prospects such as DRC, Jennings, Schwartz, and Thurmond. Let’s not forget top OC McAdoo bringing in his “west coast flair”.

Such high hopes and expectations for the Giants this season which resulted in frustrated players and fans taking to social media bashing everyone from Eli, Coach Coughlin, OC, DC, Jerry Reese and even the grounds crew at MetLife Stadium. Every NFL week the Giants suffered more starting players getting injured. The biggest injury came was when the “heart”of the team Victor Cruz unforgettable injury 🙁 as NYG loss Cruz for the season and a Zero scoring to the Eagles. Week after Week the losses mounted up as the injuries mounted up. As rookies like Beckham, Donnell, Washington and Parker took the field trying to salvage some type of spark in a rather dismal season. NYG and fans didn’t know what to expect from Beckham with him missing training camp, no preseason games, and a few regular season games. He rose up to the challenge by having an explosive outstanding rookie year brining some kind sparks to our giants sad horrible season.

With only 2 games left the Giants is playing for pride and to finish in 3rd place. A NYG championship is crossed off my Christmas list this year. As we go into 2015 all NYG fans are looking forward to major changes and seeing Victor Cruz and Odell Beckham Jr. playing on the field together. Just to see “O” whip dance & Cruz “salsa” in the endzone would make for a great Christmas gift next season!

We are gearing up for the off season, and looking for some new blood to contribute to this site. Victor Cruz and Odell Beckham Jr. was written by Guest blogger G-Diva Joce Brown. Please leave feedback in the comment field below, I would love to know what you think.

The post Victor Cruz and Odell Beckham Jr. first appeared on Bleedbigblue.com.

 <post-id xmlns="com-wordpress:feed-additions:1">3553</post-id>

Larry Donnell Fantasy Gem

Marco Ceo

Fantasy Football

Guest Writers

Fantasy Plays

Headline

Larry Donnell

Larry Donnell Fantasy Gem As the 2014 preseason came to an end,…

The post Larry Donnell Fantasy Gem first appeared on Bleedbigblue.com.

Larry Donnell Fantasy Gem

As the 2014 preseason came to an end, few offenses looked worse than the New York Giants’. Though they did not lose a preseason game, the first-team offense was woeful, as Eli Manning completed 20 passes out of 31 attempts for just 188 yards, and one touchdown in five games. Starting wideouts Victor Cruz and Rueben Randle combined for only seven catches, while first-round draft pick Odell Beckham, Jr. sat out the preseason with a lingering hamstring injury (he has yet to return).

The tight ends were even worse. Adrien Robinson, Daniel Fells, and Larry Donnell split reps, and it was impossible to tell which one would end up starting come the regular season. It didn’t really matter. No Giants tight end was going to do much in 2014, and anyone playing fantasy football knew it.

So when the Giants began the regular season in embarrassing fashion, getting hammered by Detroit 35-14 on Monday Night Football, most people failed to even register the fact that Larry Donnell played a pretty good fantasy game, catching five passes for 56 yards and a touchdown. He was targeted in the end zone no fewer than three times, and led the Giants in receptions, receiving yards, and targets.
In week two, the Giants were again humbled, this time by the Arizona Cardinals, but again Larry Donnell fantasy gem emerged, grabbing seven of his nine targets for 81 yards. He followed it up with a team-high six receptions against Houston in week three.

Despite three solid games in a row, Donnell was still owned in less than 20 percent of fantasy leagues as of Thursday morning.
This will change dramatically before the Giants play their next game though, as Donnell exploded for three touchdowns and 54 yards against the Redskins on Thursday night, and he is showing no signs of slowing down any time soon. He currently leads the team in receptions, targets, and obviously, touchdowns.
But Donnell is not the only Giants tight end outperforming expectations. Even backup Daniel Fells has found the end zone three times, which is more times than Jimmy Graham (a first-round fantasy pick in most leagues), Rob Gronkowski, Greg Olsen, Jason Witten, Zach Ertz, and Vernon Davis.

The success of the Giants’ tight ends is only possible because of the sudden resurgence of Eli Manning, who is off to one of the best fantasy seasons of his career. For starters, he has a 9-to-5 touchdown-to-interception ratio. He has thrown for just under 1,000 yards, and has even scampered for a rare rushing touchdown. After his 300-yard, four-touchdown performance on Thursday night, Eli Manning needs to be considered for a roster spot in all fantasy leagues.

Finally, 29-year-old running back Rashad Jennings is taking full advantage of his first real lead-back opportunity. After years of backing up Maurice Jones-Drew in Jacksonville, and then Darren McFadden in Oakland, Jennings is finally a featured runner in New York. So far, he has gained 331 yards on the ground, run for two touchdowns, and been heavily involved in the passing game, too. He has played like a true premier ball-carrier, and he currently ranks among the top five fantasy running backs.
The Giants offense had everybody fooled for a while, but their newfound consistency and production can no longer be ignored. They are a goldmine of waiver claims and free agent pickups for your fantasy league.

About The Author:
Ron is the lead editor of FantasyFootballOverdose.Com – prime source of NFL news and rumors. The Main Reason I’m Confident About This Season.

Post Written By Jenna

With all the gorgeous, talented, and built men that make up the National Football League, a girl has got a lot to drool over. I mean, even Mark Sanchez’s mediocre quarterbacking ability was momentarily excused when he posed in those white pants in GQ. As a lifetime Giants fan, though, there is one man that despite some flack he may get at times (like maybe after that awful season last year), has my heart like none other.

Tom Coughlin. This man wears his heart on his sleeve, and his emotions are so clearly read on his face (second only to the khaki donning Jim Harbaugh). This resilient dude’s passion for coaching, his love for his team and his job are the main reasons that after last season, are far sexier than any ripped dude in tight pants. Also, the reasons that I’m more geared up for this season than nearly any other. The combination of Coughlin’s passion, stern attitude towards his program, and his pride should inspire any Giants fan to have a positive outlook on the upcoming season. It’s no secret, 2013 was a straight up embarrassment. If there’s one thing Coughlin hates, it’s being embarrassed (just look at his face when a call isn’t overturned after he throws out a challenge flag– disappointment that is unparalleled). During one game this embarrassment is bad enough, but a whole season? With this man’s pride, the tight ship he runs, and his desire to not end his career without ending on a highly positive memorable note, Giants fans have a lot to look forward to this year.

And sure, one can look at his off-season behavior of completely revamping the team (like signing about a million free agents and making changes to offensive coaching staff) and take this as a hint that things are going to be different this year. Maybe it’s just the woman in me, but more than just news updates about how the program is changing this year and new player’s stats, the knowledge that Coughlin’s hugely emotional drive will result in his refusal to be unsuccessful even one more year is a huge reason for hope this upcoming season. Coughlin is going to make it possible for me to talk shit about football in bars with strangers again… and actually be able to back it up. And THAT is the sexiest thing that anyone involved in the NFL can do for their fans: show them that you get the hell back up after you get tackled.

My Biggest NFL Crush – Tom Coughlin | Post Written By Jenna

The post Biggest NFL Crush first appeared on Bleedbigblue.com.

 <post-id xmlns="com-wordpress:feed-additions:1">2598</post-id>

Breaking News: Giants Sign

tmerritt51

Guest Writers

In Reese We Trust

New York Giants News

NFL News

Off Season

Jerry Reese

John Mara

Tom Coughlin

Breaking News: Giants Sign Giants sign….Giants sign… seems like a daily occurrence…

The post Breaking News: Giants Sign first appeared on Bleedbigblue.com.

Breaking News: Giants Sign

Giants sign….Giants sign… seems like a daily occurrence since this off-season has officially begun. It shows me that they wanted to get younger if you are over 30 it’s time to move on from you because we want people in the prime age of their careers where they are playing well enough in the league to still be in the league at that age. (The average player does not stay in the league more than 3 years)

Injury concerns. Did not want another year of people having most of our team on the injury list so from what I can see there aren’t a lot of people on this list that have a history of injuries and if they do (which I am not aware of) there is little risk.

Knowing what it takes to win. They wanted experienced winners hence you see most of these free agents coming from this past year’s playoff teams and super bowl teams (Thurmond, Rodgers-Cromartie, Ayers, Davis, Holliday)

Win now. There is an urgency to win this year. This team is not built for the future it can be because it is easier to re-sign for the Giants than it is to sign. But with all these 1 to 2 year deals these players came together maybe for less security to win now or they want a chance to show they are worth big money after this contract so what better way than to highlight yourself than getting into the playoffs or Super Bowl.

Motivation. Giving the players a sense of fear/motivation because the Giants are showing if we don’t win we are not scared to change everything up once again. They will not be stuck under huge contracts that make it difficult to turnover the roster if that is needed.

In Coughlin we trust. Last it shows me the confidence the Giants have in Tom Coughlin to bring all these new individuals into the fold and believe that he can show them the way to the promise land even being the oldest head coach in the league.

So my question is this does the front office of the Giants believe more in Coughlin’s abilities as a coach or are they counting on all these experienced winners to lead the way, maybe both.

Giants are working as a team that is not building for the future but trying to WIN this year but with the potential to continue to win for a few more years. I know the window is starting to close on our time with Tom Coughlin but the Giants are trying to ensure that he makes the Hall of Fame (which he should be in as soon as he retires), by getting him at least one more ring.

The opportunity is there for Coughlin to go out on top by doing one of his best coaching jobs ever.

The Draft is coming……..Go Giants!!!!!!

The post Breaking News: Giants Sign first appeared on Bleedbigblue.com.

 <post-id xmlns="com-wordpress:feed-additions:1">1851</post-id>
