The team announced updated jersey numbers on Wednesday, confirming that Wilson will keep the number he’s worn throughout his entire 13-year NFL career.

This move required some teamwork behind the scenes. Cornerback Deonte Banks, who previously wore No. 3, agreed to switch to No. 2 for the upcoming season. Banks had changed from No. 25 to No. 3 just last year, making this another quick turnaround for the young defensive back.

A Classy Gesture Between Teammates.

Russell Wilson didn’t waste any time expressing his gratitude to his new teammate. On social media, Wilson shared a heartfelt message for Banks:

“Salute to my guy & young star Tae Banks! Grateful for you letting me wear #3 King! Full of gratitude.”

It’s a classy exchange that shows respect between a seasoned veteran and a rising star. For Banks, it’s a small sacrifice for the team—and for Wilson, it’s a symbol of continuity as he begins this new chapter in New York.

Official Jerseys Now Available.

Giants fans can now get ready for kickoff in style. The official Russell Wilson No. 3 jerseys are available now on the Giants Shop. Whether you’re heading to MetLife Stadium or watching from home, it’s the perfect way to show your Big Blue pride and support the newest member of the squad.

Looking Ahead to the 2025 Season.

With Wilson set to lead the offense, Giants fans are hoping the familiar No. 3 brings some veteran magic to the field. His leadership and experience could be a key asset for a team looking to bounce back this season.

Banks, now in No. 2, is expected to continue growing into a key role in the Giants’ secondary. His selfless gesture already shows he’s a team-first kind of player—something fans will no doubt appreciate.

Russell Wilson to Wear No. 3 with the New York Giants was originally published by Bleedbigblue.com.

About Us.

BleedBigBlue.com burst onto the scene after a fiery social media rant about PSL’s and ticket prices went viral. This move adds experience and depth to the wide receiver room as the team continues to build for the 2025 season.

Pascal Brings Experience and Versatility.

Standing at 6-foot-2 and weighing 215 pounds, Pascal has made a name for himself despite going undrafted in 2017. Over the course of his career, he has played for the Commanders, Titans, Colts, Eagles, and most recently, the Cardinals.

In total, Pascal has appeared in 112 NFL games with 47 starts. He’s hauled in 169 receptions for 2,057 yards and 16 touchdowns. In addition to his work as a receiver, Pascal has also contributed on special teams, returning 26 kickoffs for 597 yards—an average of 23 yards per return.

A Reliable Target in Big Moments.

Pascal has playoff experience, too. He played in six postseason games—three with the Colts and three with the Eagles—and posted eight catches for 65 yards and a touchdown in those high-pressure matchups.

His best years came in 2019 and 2020 with the Colts, where he delivered back-to-back seasons of 40+ receptions, 600+ receiving yards, and five touchdowns.

Strong Roots from Old Dominion.

Before reaching the NFL, Pascal starred at Old Dominion. He left as the school’s all-time leader in receptions with 233, totaling 3,184 receiving yards and 30 touchdowns. He added another 310 rushing yards and a rushing score.

In his final two college seasons, Pascal recorded over 1,090 scrimmage yards and nine touchdowns each year, earning second-team All-Conference USA honors both times. As a junior, he set a school record with 1,549 all-purpose yards.

With a resume full of production and professionalism, Pascal could become a steady presence for the Giants this season.

New York Giants Add WR Depth with Zach Pascal was originally published by Bleedbigblue.com.

About Us.

BleedBigBlue.com burst onto the scene after a fiery social media rant about PSL’s and ticket prices went viral. At 36 years old, Wilson brings leadership, experience, and championship pedigree to the Big Blue offense.

Over his 13-year NFL career, Wilson has started 199 regular-season games for the Seahawks, Broncos, and most recently, the Steelers. He holds a 121-77-1 record in the regular season and is 9-8 in the playoffs. That includes two Super Bowl appearances—and a dominant 43-8 win in Super Bowl XLVIII at MetLife Stadium.

Elite Career Numbers Speak for Themselves.

Wilson’s career passer rating of 99.8 ranks fifth in NFL history (minimum 1,500 attempts). He’s thrown 350 touchdown passes since entering the league in 2012, second-most during that span. Even more impressive? Wilson has posted a passer rating of 100.0 or higher in 101 regular-season games—more than any quarterback in that timeframe.

On the ground, Wilson is just as dangerous. He’s rushed for 5,462 yards and 31 touchdowns, making him the only quarterback in league history with over 40,000 passing yards and 5,000 rushing yards.

Resilient Comeback in 2024.

In 2024, Wilson missed the first six games due to injury but bounced back to start 12 straight games for the Pittsburgh Steelers, including a Wild Card Round appearance. It was yet another double-digit win season for a quarterback who has now done it nine times in his career.

A New Chapter in New York

Wilson is the 2020 Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year and a proven leader. His experience, poise, and ability to make plays with both his arm and legs give the Giants a real shot at turning things around this season.

Russell Wilson Signs with New York Giants was originally published by Bleedbigblue.com.

About Us.

BleedBigBlue.com burst onto the scene after a fiery social media rant about PSL’s and ticket prices went viral. The former No. 1 overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft brings a wealth of experience to the Giants’ quarterback room.

Winston has appeared in 105 games, making 87 starts during his time with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2015–2019), New Orleans Saints (2020–2023), and most recently, the Cleveland Browns in 2024. Over his career, he has completed 61.2% of his passes—1,944 completions on 3,178 attempts—for 24,225 yards, 154 touchdowns, and 111 interceptions. He’s also added over 1,000 rushing yards and 12 rushing scores.

Record-Breaking Career Highlights.

During his five seasons in Tampa Bay, Winston etched his name in the franchise record books. He remains the Buccaneers’ all-time leader in passing yards, touchdowns, completions, and attempts.

In 2019, he became just the eighth player in NFL history to throw for 5,000 yards in a single season. That year, he also became the first quarterback ever to pass for 450+ yards in back-to-back games.

What He Brings to the Giants.

In 2024, Winston suited up for 12 games with the Browns, starting seven. He averaged 291 yards per game and tossed 13 touchdowns. His veteran presence, arm strength, and experience could be crucial for a Giants team looking to strengthen its depth behind center.

A Proven Leader from the Start.

Before entering the NFL, Winston had a legendary college career at Florida State. He went 27-1 as a starter, won the Heisman Trophy as a freshman, and led the Seminoles to the 2014 BCS National Championship.

Winston’s journey now takes him to New York. This move adds depth and experience to the offensive line, a position group that’s always in demand.

Hudson brings size and versatility. He stands 6-foot-5 and weighs 313 pounds. Originally drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL Draft, Hudson has played in 47 regular-season games. He started 17 of those games, with 14 starts coming at right tackle and three at left tackle last season.

A Proven Contributor in the Run Game.

Hudson made an impact as a rookie. He played in 12 games and started four at right tackle. That year, the Browns led the league with an impressive 5.09 yards per carry. It was their best team rushing average since 1966. Hudson was part of the line that helped star running back Nick Chubb finish second in rushing yards that season and third the year after.

From Ohio to New York.

Hudson has spent his entire football career in Ohio—until now. He played high school football at Central Catholic, then went on to college at Cincinnati after transferring from Michigan. At Cincinnati, he played in 11 games and helped anchor a line that was a Joe Moore Award semifinalist.

Now, he’s heading to New York to protect the quarterback and open holes in the run game. If he passes his physical, Hudson could be a key rotational player for the Giants’ O-line in 2025.

This is a smart, low-risk move by the Giants. Hudson adds veteran depth and competition in the trenches.

About Us.

BleedBigBlue.com burst onto the scene after a fiery social media rant about PSL’s and ticket prices went viral. The move adds depth and experience to the Giants’ defensive front just in time for offseason workouts.

Golston’s Best Season Yet.

Golston, standing 6-foot-5 and weighing 268 pounds, is coming off a career-best season in 2023. He appeared in all 17 games for Dallas, starting in 13 of them—a clear sign of his growing role on the defense. During the season, he totaled 56 tackles, 5.5 sacks, five tackles for loss, five quarterback hits, and five passes defensed. He also notched his first career interception in Week 12 against Washington. This level of production marked a significant step forward in Golston’s development and demonstrated his ability to contribute effectively against both the run and the pass..

A Proven Contributor.

Over his four seasons in the NFL, Golston has appeared in 64 regular-season games, including 16 starts. During that time, he’s recorded nine sacks, 17 quarterback hits, eight tackles for loss, two fumble recoveries, and one forced fumble. He’s also played in four postseason games, bringing valuable playoff experience. The Cowboys frequently shifted Golston across the defensive front, highlighting his versatility and high football IQ. That kind of flexibility will be a key asset for the Giants as they work to strengthen their pass rush and defensive rotation in 2024. While this move might not grab national headlines, it’s exactly the kind of under-the-radar signing that can make a big impact over the course of a long NFL season.

Chauncey Golston Makes Move from Cowboys to Giants was originally published by Bleedbigblue.com.

About Us.

BleedBigBlue.com burst onto the scene after a fiery social media rant about PSL’s and ticket prices went viral. At 6-foot-2 and 240 pounds, Board brings seven years of NFL experience. He’s appeared in 114 regular-season games with the Ravens, Lions, and Patriots.

Board started his NFL journey in 2018 as an undrafted free agent with the Ravens. He’s only missed two games in that time. His durability and consistency are impressive.

A Special Teams Ace Joins the Giants.

Board has built a strong reputation on special teams. In 2024, during his second stint with Baltimore, he led the team with 382 special teams snaps. Since entering the league in 2018, he ranks fifth in the NFL with 65 special teams tackles. As a rookie, he notched 12 special teams tackles—second-most by an undrafted rookie in Ravens history. His consistent impact in this phase of the game makes him an immediate asset for the Giants.

A Tough, Versatile Defender.

While Board is best known for his special teams work, he’s also made solid contributions on defense. His career totals include 90 tackles, 3.5 sacks, and five tackles for loss. He’s added nine quarterback hits, three forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery. As the Giants continue to build depth and toughness on defense, Board is a perfect fit.

A Smart, Reliable Signing for the Giants.

According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the deal is a two-year contract worth up to $6 million. This move signals the Giants’ commitment to strengthening core areas of the roster with reliable, experienced talent. Board’s versatility and durability make him an ideal fit for a team looking to build a more consistent and physical identity on defense and special teams.

About Us.

BleedBigBlue.com burst onto the scene after a fiery social media rant about PSL’s and ticket prices went viral. Holland brings both experience and production after spending the first four years of his career with the Miami Dolphins.

Originally drafted 36th overall in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft, Holland has been a consistent force on the field. At 6-foot-1 and 205 pounds, he’s played in 60 games with 57 starts. Over that span, he racked up 301 tackles (219 solo), five sacks, and five interceptions. He also added 25 passes defensed, five forced fumbles, four fumble recoveries, and even returned one for a touchdown.

Early Success and College Roots at Oregon

Holland made an immediate impact in the league. As a freshman in 2018, he grabbed five interceptions in 13 games. In 2019, he added another four picks—including one for a touchdown—and tallied 66 total tackles with five tackles for loss. His standout performance earned him second-team All-Pac-12 honors. Today, they signed veteran defensive tackle Roy Robertson-Harris. Robertson-Harris brings size and toughness to the Giants. He stands 6-foot-5 and weighs 290 pounds. Over eight seasons, he has played in 117 regular-season games. He started in 62 of them.

Career Stats That Show Consistency

The 31-year-old tackle has made a solid impact throughout his NFL journey. His stats tell the story. He has 19 career sacks, 27 tackles for loss, and 67 quarterback hits. He’s also deflected 14 passes and made 211 tackles, 122 of them solo.

Robertson-Harris has played for the Chicago Bears (2016–2020), Jacksonville Jaguars (2021–2024), and recently the Seattle Seahawks (2024).

Playoff Experience Counts

Robertson-Harris has also played in three playoff games, starting two. He brings important postseason experience to a young defense. In those playoff games, he recorded one sack and five tackles for loss. He also had two quarterback hits, two passes defensed, and 14 total tackles.

Strong College Background

Before the NFL, Robertson-Harris played at the University of Texas-El Paso. He earned All-C-USA Honorable Mention honors in 2014. He wrapped up his college career with 10.5 sacks and 26 tackles for loss. He also forced four fumbles and deflected nine passes.

A Great Fit for the Giants

The Giants needed depth and leadership on the defensive line. Robertson-Harris brings both. His experience will be valuable as the team looks to improve on defense this season. Big Blue fans should feel good about this move. This signing adds strength up front—where games are often won or lost.

About Us.

BleedBigBlue.com burst onto the scene after a fiery social media rant about PSL’s and ticket prices went viral.
