May 26, 2016: 2nd week of New York Giants OTA Offseason Workouts.

June 1-3, 2016: 3rd week of New York Giants OTA Offseason Workouts.

June 6-7, 2016: 4th Week of New York Giants OTA Offseason Workouts.

June 9-10, 2016: 5th week of New York Giants OTA Offseason Workouts.

Conclusion of OTA’s & Start of Mini Camp

June 14-16, 2016: New York Giants mandatory mini-camp.

July 28, 2016: Players to report to summer training camp.

Monday kicked off the New York Giants OTA’s, to most fans this is the start of football. The Practice is still  considered “voluntary” as only Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie was absent for the first day. It is believed that he would show up on Tuesday to complete the squad.

Cooper Tayor injury

Giants safety Cooper Taylor will be sidelined until training camp in late July as he recovers from sports hernia surgery. Tayor’s playing career has had many injury setbacks as he has seen little playing time since 2013.
