Rob Gronkowski on Giants new head coach Joe Judge.
“He’s out of control and I love it. He’s a great coach for the Giants’ organization. He has so much passion for the game, and that’s what you need if you want to be a coach. You have to love the game of football to the max and that’s what he does. He knows the game of football inside and out.”
Troy Aikman on Jason Garrett & Daniel Jones.
“I thought he did a nice job when he was calling the plays,” Aikman said. “He comes from a pretty good perspective, having been around good players but also good coaches. That’s probably been the biggest influence on him. I don’t always think players make the best coaches, but he has proved to be a good coach, and he keeps in perspective what it was like for him as a player and what he liked and didn’t like. I’d be surprised if he and Daniel Jones don’t hit it off right away and develop a real chemistry.”
Jimmy Garoppolo on Jerry Schuplinski.
“He’s a great guy at simplifying things, taking a complicated offense and simplifying it for a quarterback,” Garoppolo said. “I think that’s crucial and he did a great job of that when I was in New England. I know he did that with Jacoby [Brissett] too.
