Giants waive Linebacker Uani Unga.

The Giants made their first maneuver this off-season releasing linebacker Uani Unga as reported by James Kratch of NJ Advance Media. Expect the Giants to continue to make cuts as big names may fall.

Linebacker Uani ‘Unga, who missed the entire 2016 season with an undisclosed injury, was waived Wednesday with an injury designation. ‘Unga, an undrafted free agent out of BYU, was scheduled to make $615,000 this season, the final year on his deal before restricted free agency.

Best of luck and health to Uani ‘Unga.
