The New York Giants have released cornerback Aaron Robinson. Robinson has been sidelined since tearing his ACL and MCL in Week 4 of the 2022 season and struggled to get back on track to secure a roster spot.

Robinson’s absence opened the door for other players to step up in the secondary. With a competitive training camp underway, the Giants have prioritized younger and healthier talent to strengthen their defensive backfield.
