Giants Cut Alfred Morris.

The Giants made cuts to get to the 85 roster spots. Alfred Morris and safety Chris Milton were cut, CB Jarren Williams placed on injured reserve as per the New York Giants press release.

The Giants today made three transactions to reach the NFL’s current roster limit of 85 players.

They terminated the contracts of two veterans – running back Alfred Morris and safety Chris Milton – and placed cornerback Jarren Williams on injured reserve with a quad injury.

The next next round of cuts are Tuesday, Aug. 24th at 4pm to have a maximum of 80 players.
