DeVito to Take the Lead in the Final Preseason Matchup
With the starters sitting out, the focus shifts to the rest of the roster. This preseason finale offers a crucial opportunity for the backup players to make their case for a spot on the final 53-man roster.
Roster Spots Up for Grabs
Jordan Raanan’s report underscores the importance of tonightās game for the players on the bubble. With the regular season just around the corner, this is the last chance for many to prove they belong on the roster. The coaching staff will be closely watching the back end of the roster to see who steps up and earns their place on the team.
By resting the starters, the Giants are prioritizing their health and readiness for the regular season kickoff. It also allows the coaching staff to evaluate the depth and talent they have as they prepare to finalize their roster.
