Victor Cruz signs tender with New York Giants. The one year deal worth $2.879 million is not the long term deal Giants fans were looking for, but both sides are still talking.

Cruz told ESPN’s Josina Anderson Friday that he was signing his tender  “I’m going to sign my tender today and will continue talks for a long-term deal before camp starts,” Cruz said.
