NFL Draft Week: April 24–26
NFL Draft Day 1 – April 24, 8:00 PM
This is the opening night of the draft, where teams select their first-round picks. It’s the most anticipated day, often filled with trades, surprises, and potential franchise-changing selections.
NFL Draft Day 2 – April 25, 7:00 PM
Rounds 2 and 3 take place on Day 2. These picks can bring in starters and key depth pieces, especially for a team like the Giants looking to build on both sides of the ball.
NFL Draft Day 3 – April 26, 12:00 PM
The final day covers Rounds 4 through 7. While these picks are often overlooked, the Giants have found gems in these rounds before—like Ahmad Bradshaw and David Diehl.
OTA Offseason Workouts: May & June
Dates: May 27–28, May 30, June 2–3, June 5, June 9–10, June 12–13
Organized Team Activities (OTAs) are voluntary workouts that help players get back into football shape and give coaches a chance to start implementing schemes. It’s also the first time rookies and veterans share the field.
Mandatory Minicamp: June 17–19
This is the first required team activity of the offseason. All players under contract must attend. It’s a crucial time for team bonding, playbook installs, and for coaches to evaluate who’s ready to compete in training camp.
Training Camp: July 24–August 6
Training camp is where the real work begins. Position battles heat up, playbooks expand, and the foundation for the regular season is laid. This is when we’ll see who’s ready to make the 53-man roster.
